"Great location to walk everywhere, shopping, Flamenca shows, meeting point to our food tour and Toledo tour were also walking distance(for us at least within 1 mile) we never took a taxi besides to the airport. Very comfy beds, quiet and super clean rooms! Staff was very accommodating and pleasant…except for the gal serving breakfast…she was rude, didn’t like foreigners…but we got over that, hoping the manager will see this and give her an attitude check…especially since everyone else was so...

"We were only there for one night prior to flying home. We arrived over an hour and a half before check-in, and the young lady on the desk rushed through so we could check in ten minutes later. We were both exhausted so it was much appreciated. We had a late lunch in the restaurant. The food was good, and the staff polite and welcoming."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Its location is not central, but it was perfect for our short trip to Madrid, with easy access to the airport. The room itself featured a comfortable bed and a spacious balcony. The reception staff was incredibly helpful, however, one staff member at breakfast seemed unfriendly and unenthusiastic. Despite this, the breakfast buffet itself offered a good variety."
