This Hotel is great. We stayed in Madrid for a few days and then we had a travel to Barcelona and we were coming back to Madrid , so , we decided to come back at this hotel because we really liked, and besides that they keep our luggage until we came back from Barcelona. The hotel is quiet and very clean. And the location is very convenient because is close from the Airport and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel , also there is a subway station a few blocks from the hotel . That's way you can go and come from downtown very easily and cheaper .
The Customer Service is excellent, specially INES she works at the front desk , and she is a friendly and helper person. She gave us a beautiful room, and got a great tickets for us to watch a soccer game at Santiago Bernabeu Soccer Stadium in Madrid.
We want to say thank you Ines !! for be such a great customer service person . People like you make the difference in any company. If we go back to Madrid again we will stay in this hotel for sure.
Stayed 6 days and the hotel was very handy if on business in the north of Madrid. Also very closed to Hospital Ramon y Cajal if you are visiting family If you live far from Madrid.
Breakfast is very good and wifi is OK specially if you need to be on-line and work remotely.
We booked a transfer from the airport, but you could easily get a train to Chamartin and the hotel is close by - across the road then up a little side street about 2 minutes walk. The hotel staff were all lovely and many spoke english.
We stayed at the Sheraton Mirasierra for 4 days and absolutely loved it. The staff was excellent and super helpful; the rooms and facilities were top notch; and the location perfect -- not in the heart of downtown, but near enough to make it convenient.
A kind of interesting stay, because the room was just a little crazy. The design style that they chose was just funny at the start, but then became a little creepy. But the room was perfectly fine for a good night sleep.

In northern Madrid, Chamartín train station is the second-largest after Atocha. This is mainly a business district although the residential area south of it contains plush low-rise apartment blocks and houses. At the circular Plaza de Castilla, next to the bus station, loom the two iconic black leaning towers called the Puerta de Europa.
