"The staff at the property were very helpful and accommodating. We unknowingly had booked our trip for a Leaf's playoff game day and were arriving close to game time. Accessing the hotel for check in was (understandably) incredibly difficult and wasn't a great experience for our young family. "The hotel is in a great location. Close enough to the hustle and bustle of the downtown core but tucked enough away from it for quiet when you need it. The staff was always helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The furnishings are industrial chic throughout the room, cozy, and don't . I took an important video call during my stay from my room and the guest wifi held up perfectly throughout. Looking forward to next time!"

I had a sleepless night thanks to a group of party-goers banging doors and yelling along the hallways. - what is the problem with elevators? some times some days it would take up to 6 minutes to go from floor 36 to the Lobby. Same thing waiting to go up. - rooms need some upkeep: vanity in the bathroom needs replacement, mirror with rusty frame, tiles in kitchen...
