“Great hotel”

What a great experience we had at this hotel. Seperate bedroom, some cooking facilities. If only all hotels were like this ! Very nice pool and hot tub on the roof. The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. There was actually a fire alarm while we were there. I cannot say how impressed I was by how it was handled. Constant announcements kept us informed at every stage of the proceedings, and members of staff where around. In the end it was only an alarm, but the fire brigade did attend. If you are worried about fires in hotels, then stay here ! You pay for what you get, but if you can get a good deal then stay here.

Toronto Islands are a great ( and cheap ) day out.

“Fantastic hotel, fabulous views”

This is a lovely hotel in a perfect downtown location. Our suite was beautifully appointed and very large. The experience was close to perfect.

Area recommendations

This is a bustling vibrant city, and Cambridge Suites is situated in the heart of everything you might need, and is within fifteen minutes walk of the railway station. The CN Tower (a slightly longer walk) is a must see, although this aside it is more a city for confirmed shopaholic than the tourist. Having said that, the university area and Casa Loma are well worth a visit.

“not impressed for a 4 star hotel”

front desk staff hopeless, gave us the wrong information on the 2 occastions we asked them.Shower cubicle was dirty and had black mould around the edges.

“With hesitation, I would book this hotel again.”

Great hotel in an excellent central location. Rooms are very spacious. Having a separate sitting room with microwave and two TV's is the difference from feeling like a hotel to feeling like a home. Gym and spa pool on top floor offer great views.

try the restuarants run by Oliver and Bonacini. There are a number of them in Toronto across the city. They provide professional warm knowledgeable service in very stylish surroundings. You will not be disappointed.

“Great Deal”

This hotel was great for the price. The bathroom was a little dated (shower drain wasn't attached to the floor), but other than that, the room seemed new and clean. Nice pillows. Wi-Fi only comes with some of the rooms, you have to pay if you are staying in a "deluxe" suite. I think Wi-Fi should just be included in all rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

“Nice comfertable hotel with kids”

Great location. nice comfy room. Friendly and very helpful staff. Parking is expensive normal rate for 24 hr s in surrounding areas $18 they charged $22. Hotel guest should get free parking until at least check out time 1pm.

“Good value.”

Cambridge Suites is definitely not a "luxury" hotel, however, it was a very good value for the money. The set up and bed were very comfortable. The furniture was a little dated, but more than adequate. The downtown location is very convenient. The staff was pleasant and the rooms were clean.
