"It seemed like a great place- big enough for a family of five comfortably! The only downside was the amount of bachelorette parties or “hen” party’s. This hotel and the area seemed very accommodating to these type of hotel goers rather than families. There was simply too much noise both in and outside the hotel from these parties for our family to be comfortable. "

"We adored this hotel! Clean, newly appointed features in the room, and great overall hotel amenities. We would stay again! We also loved the neighborhood it sits within. We were able to walk easily to many areas of interest, including a relatively easy 30-minute walk to enjoy the scene and get to the Royal Albert Dock. We highly recommend the Philharmonic Dining Room for dinner across the street from the hotel. "

"We were greeted by staff straight away as we arrived and checked in very quickly and given all relevant information. Our room was very basic and I think would benefit from some drawers for unpacking and storing smaller items beside the bed or under the TV. However, it was super comfortable and definately enough space! We visited the pool and spa which was nice and quiet without many others in there. Breakfast on both mornings was wonderful! Very good choice and all fresh, was hard to stop...

The bar and grill can be very busy and noisy with children running around which makes it a little noisy for other residents - the lack of soft furnishings enhances the noise. The conservatory is the only quiet space available so is prime real estate for anyone without young children. Hotel was clean, staff were super helpful all the time.
