“How could you not stay here”
A must for every Beatle Fan, all I can say is OMG...its the best. Just a skip and hop around the corner to the Cavern Club. Great Italian restaurant just a block away. Liverpool was one of my favorite cites on this latest trip. Gotta to stay here!
“Nice hotel if you are a Beatle's fan”
Very good experience at HDNH, very nice and clean hotel, interesting decoration and escellet ubication. Don't expect a large room.
“Excellent experience”
Great location with walking distance to shopping restaurants, shopping mall, Beatles museum. We had a fantastic room up on the 4 level with a wrap around balcony and we could look down over mathew st where alot Beatles history began. Highly recommend this hotel.
“Would recommend to all”
The Hard Days Night Hotel in North John St in Liverpool UK is a must for any Beatles fan. The rooms are well set out, all include pictures and photos of the Beatles. The food is excellent. The Decor and refurbishments are fantastic. The staff were very welcoming, and helpful. Overall my recommendation was a 5/5.
“Noisy and Dirty - unless your a die hard Beatles fan avoid”
We chose the Hard days night for the experience, plus price wise it wasn’t that much more than its nearest competitors. What we got was poor service - we rang the hotel for directions into the city centre and details on car parking, never received a response back and when we mentioned this when we finally found it the reception staff were totally dismissive. We ate at the in-house restaurant Blake’s due to convenience, the food was average (a medium rare steak came well done - in my book if a restaurant can’t cook a steak right it doesn’t deserve anyone’s money) and for £21 for steak and chips, we thought was extremely overpriced. The room on first inspection was a decent size , when we looked closer we found stains on the carpet + curtains, marks on the walls, the bathroom was dirty (scale on the toilets and shower, mould and some brown sticky grime around screen) All of this however we would have forgiven if it wasn’t for the noise! From previous reviews we were expecting a little and were happy to accept that as we were going out with friends ourselves, but the music, screaming and yelling went on well past 4am (we may as well have dossed down on the street outside, why oh why didn’t they put double glazing in?) then just as we dropped off the clean-up trucks turned up at 6am and proceeded to hose down the street, sweep up and then bottle tipped all the empties for the next hour. Do yourselves a favour, go for a drink in the bar and stay elsewhere and get some sleep!
“Hard days night Hotel”
So good
“Liverpool city centre gem”
Beautiful period features and friendly helpful staff made our visit to this lovely hotel a good event.Although it doesn't have its own parking there are plenty of good carparks locally. Our room was very quiet and comfortable, and we would definitely stay there again.
“Memorable experience”
Helpful, courteous staff. Funm yet tasteful Beatles decor. The street noise was sometimes bothersome at night. Location was very good. Plentiful parking a block away and the hotel was within walking distance from many of the tourist attractions. Don't eat at the hotel restaurant - very pricey and the food was not impressive. The room was very clean and generally satisfactory. I would stay there again.
“Liverpool's best”
Ideal location, we walked everywhere upon our arrival. Arranged taxi Beatles tour through hotel which is a must. Rooms were a 10. Right around the corner from Cavern Club
