"This was worth more than what I paid for. Loved the fact that the hotel has played host to a wide range of celebrities. Staff were understanding even when I checked out early but had to come back later on that day due to technical issues with my phone. Original room was a bit lackluster, second much better "

"Excellent location and good value (when on offer). Enjoyed the stay however had a problem finding the hotel/car park. There are no signs how to get to the hotel and could easily end up on another car park on the ground flood (and get charged extra). No hotel phone number on tbe booking to call them. Also no info on hotel website on where to park."

"My mother required a more accessible bathroom because of new disability. Staff members Sallie and Steve McCabe were able to find her a suitable alternative room which made her stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Many thanks both"

"The hotel was easy to find, parking with a discount voucher was a two min drive from the hotel, easy bag drop off outside on the pavement. Staff were friendly and welcoming on reception, a lot of the things we were doing were walkable distance, china town, Liverpool One, Albert Dock etc, all with a 10 - 15 min walk. Spoilt for choice for restaurants within a 3 - 8 min walk from the hotel. Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, towel change if required too."

"Hotel is in a prime location. Situated very close to the dock, Cavern Quarter and Liverpool 1. 15 minute walk to Lime Street station. Two lifts to rooms which are very basic but clean. No tea making facilities. Reception staff were very helpful. Good hotel if you are not bothered about frills and just want a central location."

"Stayed in a twin room with my daughter. Arrived at 12 and was able to check straight into our room. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds and clean room. Will definitely stay again "
