"Lovely room, lucky to be upgraded to a deluxe room. Couldn’t fault it. Nespresso machine, nice toiletries , bath and shower, lounge area, two tvs, comfy bed, lovely towels, perfect! With the cooked breakfast the sourdough toast and the muffin was barely toasted but that is being picky. The rest of breakfast was good. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again. "Lovely clean hotel, the reception area smelt amazing as we walked in. Noticed a very lovely bar area, umbrellas you could rent and an Uber machine. I thought these extra services were very clever to offer. The room was spacious, clean and well presented. The bathroom was also very modern and well designed. Very happy with our stay at the Hilton "

"Stayed for business and I have stayed here a few times. The main reason I stay is for the gym. It is much better equipped than most hotel gyms. I do think it is a bit much to charge hotel residents £7.50 for parking per night. If you are staying and paying a pretty penny for the privilege then the car parking should be included. I haven't eaten at the restaurant so cannot comment on the food. Overall a nice hotel. "

"The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and the room was comfortable. The hotel location is perfect with everything in walking distance. The breakfast was worth paying extra. However, a waiter in the breakfast room set our tableware out in front of us by grabbing the eating end of our utensils with their hands instead of placing them out by the handle. It wasn’t very sanitary. Waiters should know better. That being said, I would still recommend staying here. "

"Hotel was easy to find and in a great location for our stay, opposite the Hippodrome made it perfect. We had a little wait whilst the staff found us room, we had requested a twin but they were unable to provide one not that it was a problem for us. Room was clean and tidy with a good view of the harbour and hippodrome. Unfortunately the hair dryer in the room did not work and we couldnt get the air conditioning to work. Breakfast was ok."
