"We had a nice 2 night stay here. Helpful and friendly check-in with instructions as to where to park our car.... it was very safe in underground garage. Unfortunately the lift in the hotel wasn't working and although we are in no way incapacitated, it was a bit of a trudge to the 2nd floor and down a long corridor with heavy cases. the receptionist DID offer to help though. "Overall this property suited us for where we were going in the area. Parking would be an issue as only a few spaces available on first come first serve basis but this close to the city parking is a problem everywhere I guess. We were in a twin room on the top floor which was difficult for me as I have a heart condition. But I should have specified this when I booked. The kind lady on the desk offered to change my room for which I was grateful but had took my bags up by then and had settled. So...
