"Was very lovely and modern facility. Liked being on Fleet Street during Easter weekend...so quiet. Very convenient to Trafalgar Square and a 5 minute walk from the Tube. Also on a bus route if we did not feel like walking. Had some difficulty getting the staff to regulate the cooling system in the room."

"Great friendly check in staff and room service staff very quick and pleasant. Initial building front door staff / hosts were patronising and rude when we sat down in the restaurant without ‘booking in’ via them. Restaurant food quality was extremely poor for the expensive prices charged. I’d seek out better quality food and service next time. Rooftop restaurant on the other hand was fantastic service, best we received all weekend especially a lovely lady with an Irish accent."

"Staff are very accommodating. The hotel is older. This meant no outlets for technology such as USB for charging There was one outlet for the entire space over the desk. This meant using the hair dryer in the sleeping area and ironing in that same area. The rooms were very clean with plenty of towels. Conveniently located near everything. There was construction near the building where we were located which started very early and was disruptive to sleep. "

"The staff at reception were lovely, my room was very cute as I stayed in a single, it had everything I needed. Everything seemed spotless until I lifted the toilet seat and there was a pubic hair there. There were also only two tiny cartons of UHT milk. There was a beeping noise all night coming from somewhere, I can sleep through anything so this didn't actually bother me but I can imagine it would others. Other than these couple of things it was actually a lovely stay and it wouldn't put me...

"My wife and I stayed in a Club Room for 4 nights. It was our first time traveling to London from the United States, and we are so thankful we booked a room here. We love walking around while exploring new cities and this hotel gave us the ability to do that. We felt safe to see the city on foot; walking to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and more. Staff was excellent. Complimentary coffee (with a to-go option) in the Club Lounge every day. "

"Situated in the heart of London visiting the tourist attractions were a 15 minute walk and were easily accessible. Location ,location , location. Would have given a 5 rating if breakfast was included."
