"Despite me getting back to their email straight away, they did not confirm the check in time (you have to meet someone at the property) until the day before and that was after many ignored messages and calls. They asked for a £250 deposit on a 1 night stay that a week later is yet to be returned (there is no argument that the property was left in exactly the condition it was found). The shower was broken and there was no hot water. They asked for extra money on leaving for an "extra linen"...

"Super hotel, 5 minute walk from the railway station. Check in was quick and the host super friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Very nice buffet breakfast with plenty of choice and excellent coffee. All of the staff we met were super friendly and informative. "
