A few blocks to multiple subway lines, including the train that we took to Hampton Court Palace and the two different airports. The street where the hotel is located was filled with restaurants and bars and a street market. The graffiiti Tunnel is steps away. 15-20 walk to many London attractions as well... Room had everything we needed the bed and pillows very comfortable. (not many rooms with kings size beds) Good communication with the hotel, when I needed a blow dryer and clean up of a broken glass. Both were quickly addressed. The self check in was seamless as well. If I am being picking, some hooks to hang towels and brighter lighting. They are currently doing construction across the street but we never slept in. The street is a little noisy but it was fine for us. Overall great stay! The bed was a nice king size, shower pressure was good, the electric blinds blacked out the room, and cool USB charging ports bedside. Our morning was a little hectic with the fire alarm going off. The fire brigade came and turned it off. I'm not sure if this is a common occurance because the rooms don't have any option for extra ventilation while cooking. ##### Cheney Stayed 1 night in Sep 2023 ### 8/10 Good #### Steven 22 Mar 2024 Liked: Room comfort #### Perfect for a weekend away 👌 Great location in south bank. Walkable to most well known tourist destinations across the river. Also it’s right beside Waterloo station which trains can be heard but it didn’t bother us. Check in was a bit clunky as we didn’t receive the door code by email and had to speak with a representative over intercom. They did resolve the issue and allowed us an early check in once the room was ready. Thank you However the room was clean but it wasn’t spotless. There were a few random stray hairs and dusty too shelves which was fine but could so easily be improved with a quick wipe and a throughout vacuum The space itself is very slick really well designed.
