2/10 Terrible

"Awful accommodation. Not as advertised in the description, the photos were absolutely misleading. The property was not clean, hair everywhere. Shower gel or shampoo was empty and noone to find within the propert to ask for a refill. Advertised as accommodation for 4 people, but not enough space for 4 people to be in the same living space at the same time. Photos showed beds to be separate, but all beds (1 double and 2 singles) were under the roof cramped together, no privacy for 4 adults who are not used to be sharing a cramped sleeping space together."

"It was ok. Hallways and stairs need updating. Very odd that every single guest was required to have their ID copied. TV was broken/wonky. Not enough room in the breakfast room. Said they had gluten free bread but don’t think it was understood. Only Full english, or veggie/vegan breakfast on the menu, and nothing else seemed to be understood. Managed to get eggs but not with anything else so was still hungry. Not too noisy. Staff were friendly. Handy location for Emirates Stadium. Saved us a lot of travel issues."

"After staying here, I now love the East End of London. This hotel is really well-located with a bus stop, many grocery stores nearby and walking distance to many attractions, like Museum of the Home and Brick Lane & Spitalfields Markets. I was upgraded to a triple room and it was basically my apartment in London. I was very comfortable and extended my stay. The kitchen has all the essentials: a combined toaster over/stovetop which did the job; good size fridge; microwave dishes & cutlery; kettle, coffee & tea; plus, the real bonus, a washing machine and airing rack! (Note: I did have to buy my own washing detergent.) There was a dining table, which I used as my office, a sofa, air-conditioning and a radiator, iron & board and a safe. The cleaners were amazing and really thorough, even doing the dishes. The TV had all the channels plus cable. The washroom was adequate and the shower hot. I will happily return and stay here when next in London."
