"We booked this hotel because it was easily acessible from inner London as my family from France was coming for our wedding. They had enough rooms for all 17 of us and three of these were next to each other. The double rooms were not very spacious, but comfortable and very clean. The support from the hotel staff was amazing helping us book cabs to get to our venue and recommending places to eat nearby. "

"We stayed for a concert at the O2 arena. Easy access via DLR stations nearby. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Triple room met all our needs. Area feels safe and well lit on a main road for two (older) women late at night. Would definitely stay again."

"Everything about stay was reasonable. However Staff could do with some customer service awareness. While we were waiting for the lift to go down to breakfast 4 of the cleaning staff were all talking to each other in a different language. They didn’t acknowledge us or say good morning then 3 of them got in a lift ahead of us leaving us to wait for the next lift. "

Breakfast was excellent Hotel was in the wrong place for us! The short walk to the Excel which I envisioned as a stroll along the waters edge was actually a hike along the roads avoiding all the building works! Likewise the walk to the London cable car. Best access was to take the DLR to Custom House. DLR was 5 mins walk but not...
