A pesar de que intenté comunicarme con la propiedad un día antes, despues ese día temprano, después aterricé en Londres, llegué a la propiedad 2 horas antes del check in, estuve llamando desde fuera de la propiedad. Pude comunicarme con Expedia hasta las 7pm y me dijeron que ya era tarde para hacer el check in... Pase la noche en la calle en el frío y lluvia de Londres con mi equipaje, mi esposa y mis 3 pequeños hijos. Todo el dia siguiente (20 de abril) estuvimos...

"Accommodation was excellent value for money. A lot of traffic noise and only 1 pillow each on our bed. However the whole process was great, well communicated with and easy collection of keys and access to building."

"The check in is very inconvenient. You have to go to the agency office that is not close to the apartment. When traveling with luggage it is a nightmare as you have to go to the office first and take another tube to go to the apartment. The furniture was basic and very different than what the pictures shown in the website."

"The apartment was clean and large. The location was convenient to multiple Underground stations. We did not have issues with noise as others noticed, but the pub in the courtyard does crowded. The furnishings were not super-comfortable if you want to spend any time sitting around in the unit. We cooked dinner multiple times and found the kitchen lacking in basics like towels, napkins etc and cooking oils, salt, pepper, so be prepared to purchase those. Overall, it was a decent stay for us...

"Room right next to the main rd, no double glazing, Shared bathroom very very small and not maintained, If you run the taps it smells and generally smelled of damp! Clean bedding but towels were not. All need a good review of maintenance and put right, the room did what was required. Not sure if fire compliant has signs and extinguishes but not sure when last checked and the fire door had gaffa tape on! Would I stay there again NO."

"The booking was made approximately 6 months in advance. We were required to change appartments midway yhrough our stay and were told it was due to renovations. However noted that new travellers moved into that apartment. We were inconvenienced and lied to and when we tried to raise concerns the fenale we dealt with was highly rude. Don't stay here!"

"The flat was affordable, and perfect for what we neeeded at the time. It was well finished and kitchen, bathroom and wifi worked well. However, the lock of the room never worked. Please, could this get fixed as it should not have been left broken in the first place. Another guest for the wedding walked into the room during the night."

"We listened to the trains all night long. There was no AC, so had to keep the windows open. The tenant below smoked heavily, so we were coughing/choking on the smoke. Not a great stay for families, probably better suited for young adult travelers."
