"Staff was extremely helpful for checking in, last minute booked and was able to call them at any point and get help. The room was modern and extremely clean. The location is right by the bus stop and the rooms were quiet. Great for a solo traveller would rebook again."

"Die Unterkunft war an sich sehr sauber und wirklich schön eingerichtet.. Ein paar Möbel bzw Artikel könnten mal erneuert werden , so wie die Kloschüssel oder der Aufbau über dem Kühlschrank. Ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau.. Leider ist die Unterkunft ziemlich hellhörig, sei es der Flur oder durch die Zimmerwände, man hat alles trotz Ohrstöpsel sehr laut gehört. Die ersten 2 Nächte hatten wir schlimme Leute im Haus, die so Theater gemacht haben, sei es nachts im Flur oder morgens im Zimmer...

"Carpets were dirty and tacky, bedding was stained and ripped, mattresses very old with springs very much felt during sleeping. Toilet sear cane off as was not fixed on at all. The apartments are part of a homeless scheme the council run. So the place is full of foreign homeless people. Avoid at all costs. "

"It was clean and comfortable and cheap for the price and I had no issues for central London. It's not the easiest doorway to find but it's near Liverpool street. Locks on tbe door are annoying in my view "

"Perfect if all you is a place to lay your head for the night, rooms are clean (nothing special) ensuite is small but functional, Martin is a happy host, there is limited parking which is good as the property is right obviously to of a busy junction with A12"

"This place was a no frills type of room. Perfect for my stay. It had everything I needed - a bed, private bathroom/shower and it was very clean. I was able to walk and take the tube easily. "

"Had a really nice welcome when i arrived. Room was of a good standard and reasonably priced for London Marathon compared to some places. Overall a comfortable stay. The only downside was that there was quite a lot of noise and the doors opening and closing were quite loud through the night. But it is London afterall i guess. "

"This location was excellent for the Picadilly Line (transit) about 1 block away west, other lines 2-3 blocks away. Tesco Market and lots within easy walking distance. Park & walking trail(s) right outside the door. Easy walk to shops and especially breakfast cafes & restaurants. I will stay here again, *Loved it."

"Had a few days visiting London. The place was very nice, it's best suited for two. Ola, our host, was very welcoming and did everything to make us comfortable. I can recommend staying there very much."

"We listened to the trains all night long. There was no AC, so had to keep the windows open. The tenant below smoked heavily, so we were coughing/choking on the smoke. Not a great stay for families, probably better suited for young adult travelers."
