"Even though it is not located in City Centre, however the public transport on Camden Road especially bus no 29 running very frequent, (mostly only 3 mins waiting) to City Centre or transit to metro! Staff are friendly & helpful. Room equipped with washing machine, oven, stove, & kitchen utensils. Buying groceries on Holloway Road or Kentish Town Road or arranging dinner at these locations with various restaurants, are convenient. Highly recommended to long stay. "

"visitors from Sydney the property suited our needs .We had a 1 bedroom on the 3rd floor ,spacious ,kitchenette was handy with cereal ,tea coffee provided .Nice touch .Washer/dryer with pods for washing .Hairdryer was amazing for thick hair .The location was very good close to transport all around .Restaurants ,cafes nearby .Staff were excellent & very helpful . thank you ."

"I didn't like that I had to go to another property to pick up keys. It would be very easy to have a set up similar to the Arne street location for key pickup. The pull out couch mattress was very thin and you could easily feel the springs. Layout was of apartment was very good. Wifi was spotty. Water from the shower got on the floor very easily and there needs to be a fan in the bathroom. Balcony was great."

"The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us staying. I hadn't realised that the biggest bedroom also had an en-suite so that was a nice bonus. The only - very slight - downside was the lack of air conditioning. We visited during an unseasonably warm spell in October 2023 so it was a bit too hot at night but I would still stay again despite this. Oh, and the TV channels didn't work very well so we couldn't watch the rugby as we were getting ready to go out. That was the only time we tried...

"This pod was great for a short stay and in a great location. to walk to the Southbank. Only downside is that we didn't receive the check in information until an hour later than the check in time which was a tad frustrating. "

"The room has the essentials. Good conditions. Could be cleaner though. The starways are a bit complicated, specially reaching the 5th floor. The stairway Needs handles in some areas. Communication is difficult. Contact them March 23th, received communication back April 16. Need to change the way they communicate with guests. Othet than that, the apartment is well located for what I needed. The area give the impression that you feel at home. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Stayo Southbank! Having an entire apartment with all basic home amenities was super convenient. All the appliances worked well, the only thing missing were forms of cutlery. There were signs of a little wear and tear which is to be expected for a hotel but it was still a very comfortable and wonderful stay. I would definitely book a stay there again! "

"I stayed in 2 bedroom flat number 4, it is very neat and renovated. The second bedroom is a bit small and has a single size bed which makes the apartment suitable for 3 persons only, not 4. The location is amazing, walking distance from everything; I would definitely stay here again. "

"As usual, I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was functional, accessible, very accommodating, and clean. The only improvement opportunity I see is in the stiffness of the mattress in the bedroom, which is rather too soft for me, as I prefer slightly more rigid ones. The sofa bed should also be considered for potential replacement or upgrade. In all, splendid stay as usual"
