The place was clean, and the bed and foldout couch were very comfortable. Even though the staff is remote, they quickly answered our questions. The only issues we had were with the internet (which was very unreliable - and even the TV kept freezing because of it), and the door lock (which doesn't always work right). We were in room 6, which is at the top, up a LOT of stairs facing the back (stairs were a slight challenge with heavy luggage & after a long day). It is in a VERY busy area yet was quiet. Beds were comfortable. Laundry facilities on site were a plus. Location was perfect for us as first time visitors focused on the typical tourist attractions. Walking distance to many and very close to the subway to get to the others (& back & forth to airport). Many good food options close by and very close to Chinatown which was an unexpected perk for us.
