Pleasantly surprised with how spacious the rooms felt; felt homey. Amenities were excellent. Good spot for someone on a business trip for an extended period of time. Great location, very conveniently close to major train stations, especially the Elizabeth Line connecting you to Heathrow. Note that this is in a more business/office district so many shops and businesses tend to be closed on Sunday. We had few little hiccups with the check-in process and bag drop-off since it is mainly a self-served process and there is no reception person/desk. The room was suitable for a short stay but communication was lacking in a number of ways. Following successful checking in we went for dinner and the code would not work on our return. It took over 15 minutes to talk to someone to assist us with getting acces. Additionally, there were no instructions about wifi access readily available - took 2 days to respond to this request for information.
