"I was attending a 2 day conference at Excel and travelling alone, so felt safe if I had to return alone in the evening. Staff were super helpful. "Our family choose to stay at Novotel in recent 2 years because of the hotel is dog friendly. This time we were so disappointed because of the staff at the restaurant. Every time we went to hotel’s restaurant in past 2 years, we used to be seated indoor just opposite the buffet area. This time the staff said just allow guard dogs and not quite friendly to my pet. We were so disappointed this time."
