Mendeli Street Hotel, Tel Aviv, Israel
—————————————

Chosen by: Vicky from Vicky Flip Flop Travels

“One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had was at the Mendeli Street Hotel in Tel Aviv. You pretty much had to roll me out of there after trying everything I could. I thought the hummus, babaganoush and labneh (strained yoghurt) was good, and then I tried the shakshuka – absolutely incredible. Eggs baked into a tomatoey, peppery pan of goodness – definitely my breakfast heaven. I need to go back again as I just didn’t have room for all the delicious-looking pastries on offer. You need to go!”

Bahia del Duque, Costa Adeje, Tenerife
——————————————–

Chosen by: Suzanne from The Travel Bunny

“I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels in my time as a blogger, as an event manager and on personal trips. And one of the ways I rate a hotel is on the quality of its breakfast. It really can make or break a hotel stay. Without doubt the best breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel is at the Bahia del Duque in Costa Adeje Tenerife. It’s so good that we actually go back every year for a short winter break and now have a ritual of spending a leisurely two hours over breakfast on the hotel’s fabulous terrace looking over the ocean. The staff serve up a delicious range of just about everything you could possibly want for breakfast. Think healthy fruit smoothies, a full English, continental breakfast, smoked salmon and other fish, omelettes, pastries and fresh fruit. There’s even Buck’s Fizz and a chocolate fountain. Need I say more?”

The Langham, Melbourne
—————————

Chosen by: Andrew from Fork and Foot

“The Wedgwood High Tea at The Langham Hotel‘s Aria Lounge oozes sophisticated decadence, and it’s served from 1030 during the week, so you can indulge for a late breakfast. This Melbourne hotel is true luxury, with its spirit of classy extravagance embodied in its two superb dining venues, Melba Restaurant and the Aria bar and lounge.”

Bath Paradise House, Bath
——————————

Chosen by: Jo from Girl Eats World

“The best breakfast I can recall having was at Paradise House in Bath; both the food and the atmosphere were unforgettable, not to mention fantastic value for money. Be sure to arrive early to bag the window table in the drawing room. Once you’ve visited the breakfast bar for granola, fruit and yoghurt, you’re then served the likes of generous smoked salmon, creamy eggs and fresh English breakfasts – all with a crackling fire in the background. What a relaxing way to start your day!”

Hostal Flamingo, Santa Eulalia, Ibiza
——————————————

Chosen by: Jessica from Jessica In Your Ear

“Sit among the (plastic) flamingos for breakfast at Hostal Flamingo and choose from a varied continental breakfast. It includes homemade bread rolls, meats, cheeses, fresh fruit and as many coffees as you’d like from the garden coffee machine. This place is an Instagrammer’s dream, just around the corner from the famous hippy market in Ibiza; the hostel’s namesakes at every turn, a beautiful garden with tables for an al fresco breakfast, and croissants made from scratch by the owner every morning in her outdoor oven.”
