"We stayed at Gara Rock for four nights and were disappointed by several issues. While the hotel has potential, the negatives stood out. There were two boiler outages—one on the first morning and another on the final evening. During the first, we were asked to use the penthouse bathroom but not offered a room change. "The location is magnificent, this is such a stunning part of devon, and you walk out the door basically onto the beach! The room was beautiful, with colour and texture and charm. the only slight against it was the only parking is the public carpark nextdoor so about £10 per day, but thats not much of a gripe in the scheme of things and they were super
