First of all, the front desk staff are awesome. Super friendly and helpful. But then it starts to get worse. Daily room cleaning manages it to put 1 towel inside for 2 visitors, and manages it to replace 2 towels with 1. Previously, BernAqua was included, now you have to pay. Overall, every year the service is getting lower and lower. Max a 3-star hotel, no free gym available anymore. The quoted prices were over 250 CHF; for that price, I can definitely expect more. We moved for the second part of our stay in Bern to another hotel in the city.

"Master shower bath was broken. And looks like previously the door absorbed the water and swelled couldn’t open the door without it doing more damage. Batteries in a few of the remotes were missing. Either than that fantastic setup we enjoyed the space."
