"Lovely hotel .Reception check in pathetic,only one person for many guests waiting to check in.One person in the bar on one of the hottest days of the year.Took forever to get served and gave up in the end."

"Everything about my stay was perfect i couldnt fault anything at all.All the staff were very friendly and accomodating my room was excellent the food was amazing and well presented and it was ery good value for money..Would i stay again when im visiting family and friends absolutely i would and each time i make the journey from Torquay in Devon..Excellent 5 star."

"As a solo female traveller it was a worry what to expect but I was very very happy with my stay. The staff were brilliant and welcoming, the room was lovely, the breakfast was a good selection. Thank you for being great! From reception to housekeeping you all made my stay super special! "

"Plenty of parking which is free at the weekend so we were told at check in. Bar area nice & service was quick. Went down to see the pool/gym & staff just looked at us when we said we’d come for a look. We couldn’t access either due to barriers but staff continued with their conversation rather than see if they could help us out. Shame really as we may have gone for a swim, but wouldn’t consider paying for something we couldn’t see. The room was lovely, pillows & bed were great, shower amazing Shame no air con as despite 2 fans quite a difficult nights sleep due to being so hot. Would stay again if visiting the area."

"Nice hotel with spacious room on 4th floor. Restaurant was good for evening meal with salmon fillet. Camden Ale was nice although £7.20/pint. Good service and breakfast was nice. The bathroom has some mould on the silicone around the bath and a gap at the pivot of the shower screen which results in the floor becoming wet."
