"The hotel is in a prime location — a beautiful place to stay in Bern, just a short walk from Bern Station and surrounded by numerous restaurants. The breakfast offered by the hotel was also excellent. We stayed during an exceptionally hot summer, and unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room struggled to keep up with the heat. However, the hotel staff were very understanding and helpful; they promptly provided extra fans to make our stay more comfortable."

"Fantastic hotel. Some of the nicest staff ever! Great location with beautiful room. We had the family room that sleeps four. Two adults and two adult sized teenagers fit very comfortably. Huge bathroom and even a mini kitchen. Beautiful library on the floor with extra space to spend time in. Coffee, tea, water and even milk for coffee included with stay. We loved it here. "
