"The property is amazing, great plant life and animals life. It is well cared for. The staff at the resort are super helpful and friendly. Roman at the pool snack bar went above and beyond everyday. Russell in the Oriental restaurant was great. The pool bar featured three amazing bartenders - Victor, Jose, and Selma. Our cleaner for the week was Consuela. She did an awesome job and helped out with a problem I had, which she was able to solve. Thank you to all staff which defiantly made the stay great. Food was OK, we found items that we liked at each meal, but it underwhelming. The room was great. The pools were amazingly clean and refreshing. "

"This was a beautiful property and the staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly. The pool was my favorite part and we had such a beautiful view of it from our room. We went during sargassum season so the beaches weren’t usable and there was a strong bay smell on some days but the rest of the resort was so beautiful you didn’t even need the beach! I would definitely come back."

"Fantastic stay with my family! I came with 2,& 3 yr olds in mid July. The resort is big enough that non of the 6 pools ever get crowded. Also have kids zone which was perfect for my kids. Nice and quiet private beach! Some seaweeds in mid July( but it wasn’t too bad). Many restaurant options. Excellent customer service and clean rooms every day. Resort is dated but everything is nicely maintained and worked perfectly for us. The only downside the coffee :( We will definitely come back!"
