"Really enjoyed the stay. The staff were all friendly and fantastic. House keeping kept the rooms in perfect condition. The good was good, though some of the items tended to dry out, being out on the trays. Mostly the meat. I loved the various cakes, treats and ice cream available for a dessert. The property wasn't very crowded, lots of space at the buffet, bars, pools, beach. We enjoyed looking at the various animals on the property, checking out the shops. My only gripe was the bellhops not showing up on time on my checkout day. Fearing missing the shuttle, we ended up walking the whole way to the front from our room with all our luggage. I wasn't very pleased with that."

"My family and I received very friendly service all throughout. There are many things for children to do which is what we wanted. It was hard to make reservations for the restaurants, almost impossible to get in just like other reviews noted but they still have the buffet with a large food selection. "
