"Great glamping experience! Spacious and comfortable tent. Personal bathroom with shower. Great shared kitchen with small breakfast included. Lots of drinkable water included. Staff were very nice. Only one of the bikes in working condition and the rest were in desperate need of repair. Make sure to bring bug repellant. The pool was not as advertised, but fine. There is a great cenote and cave nearby to enjoy. "

"We had a lovely time at the Sens, the rooms were clean and the food was good. The thing that made it lose a star is that they require you to leave the facility at 12pm sharp, so if you have a flight leaving at 6pm then you have to book another night or sit in the airport for hours????"

"Room for improvement- we liked it but 1) coffee maker but no coffee in the room, 2) balcony sliding door didn’t lock, 3) nozzle on faucet missing and faucet loose, 4) wi-fi needed to be reset twice, 5) wooden chair needed felt pads (terrible and unnecessary noise when moving the chair), 6) bathroom area needs wall hooks. Simple fixes would make it soo much better. Otherwise it was a good deal and we LOVED the cenotes, price was included. "

"We travel to Mexico about once a year and have stayed in several different locations and properties. Staff here were some of the friendliest we’ve met anywhere. Check in and Check out were both quick and easy. We had a swim up room which was fabulous. Our building didn’t back onto a path so it was fairly private. Would have been a nice touch if wait staff came around to those rooms to take drink orders. Beds were hard for our taste but we asked for mattress toppers which were provided quickly and made a huge difference. Food at the buffet was good. Not great. But nobody would go hungry. Lots to choose from. I forgot about making reservations at the restaurants until a couple days before our trip and unfortunately they were booked up by then. Room service menu is simple but quick, and free. A nice option if you’re not up to going out for dinner. Resort is huge so it never felt crowded even when it was busy. We did have trouble a finding pool chair on the weekend but no issues during the week. There is a trolley system to move people around the resort and to the other properties. But lots of pathways so it was easily walkable too. Advertised as a 5 star resort. It might have been at one point but I think it’s closer to a 4."

"Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything. Could use pool or beach attendants to avoid people reserving chairs. Cheapens the experience. Invest in big ice cubes for evening cocktails That said, the staff are great. Resort is beautiful. Great location. Food and drink are great. A mix of fun and high end cocktails. Cater very well to allergies. Peaceful, elegant, clean and quiet. Definitely go to this resort as one of the best (if not the best) in Tulum or Mayan Riviera."

"Mi experiencia fue absolutamente perfecta. Desde el primer momento todo superó mis expectativas. El lugar es hermoso, muy bien cuidado y con una atención a los detalles que realmente marca la diferencia. El servicio fue excepcional. Todo el equipo fue increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Me hicieron sentir muy bienvenido durante toda mi estancia. La habitación estaba impecable, muy limpia, cómoda y con todo funcionando perfectamente. El ambiente es tranquilo, acogedor y realmente ideal para descansar y disfrutar. Honestamente, todo salió exactamente como lo imaginaba, incluso mejor. Fue una estancia maravillosa y sin duda alguna volvería a hospedarme aquí. Recomiendo este lugar al 100%.
