The staff were amazing. Massages were great! We really enjoyed our stay and transportation to the city bus stop is easy and included. The pool is awesome and heated and not overly busy. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because we found it a little pricy being that it is not all inclusive. We also kept having to buy water because we drink a lot of it and they only provided two a day even though there was the of us. Overall, this place was great! The rooms, pools, landscaping, cleanliness, comfort, staff are all incredible. Only cons are that it’s not near anything. You need a car to get around. They offer golf cart shuttle to a convenience store to grab food or drinks. The menu is limited at the hotel restaurant. No tip option on hand pay machines so bring cash . They can’t make small change so it’s a bit inconvenient. We ran out small bills then couldn’t tip anymore. No nightly entertainment either. It was a very quiet place when we came. My daughter and I had the pools to ourselves. It was lovely. Pero hay cosas que hacen que baje de nivel. Por ejemplo, en el baño del restaurante uno de los excusados no tiene media luna para sentarse, a pesar de que intentan ser “lujosos”. Solo se ve selva pero súper bien protegido y con mucho respeto a la fauna y flora. La gente es un encanto en su atención. Estamos tristes de no quedarnos más tiempo. La comida súper deli y el espacio en total es una muy agradable experiencia. El hotel esta increíble!, el olor en medio de la selva esta genial, perfecto para relajarte en medio de la naturaleza. El servicio de todo el personal del hotel es muy amable, te ayudan en dudas y demás durante la estadía. Me encanto las medidas que emplean para cuidar la flora y fauna. Referente al restaurante ofrece platillos típicos de la zona, es delicioso y no es caro. Ellos te llevan directo al museo del parque del jaguar ya que esta todo conectado.
