Staff here were some of the friendliest we’ve met anywhere. Check in and Check out were both quick and easy. We had a swim up room which was fabulous. Our building didn’t back onto a path so it was fairly private. Would have been a nice touch if wait staff came around to those rooms to take drink orders. Beds were hard for our taste but we asked for mattress toppers which were provided quickly and made a huge difference. Food at the buffet was good. Not great. But nobody would go hungry. Lots to choose from. I forgot about making reservations at the restaurants until a couple days before our trip and unfortunately they were booked up by then. Room service menu is simple but quick, and free. A nice option if you’re not up to going out for dinner. Resort is huge so it never felt crowded even when it was busy. We did have trouble a finding pool chair on the weekend but no issues during the week. There is a trolley system to move people around the resort and to the other properties. But lots of pathways so it was easily walkable too. Advertised as a 5 star resort. It might have been at one point but I think it’s closer to a 4."
