The room was excellent. The evening meal was good but the service was excellent. The service and the fayre was tremendous at breakfast. Overall The visit was perfect in every way. First time we have used Marston's but will look for them in the future.

Comfortable large room with excellent en-suite facilities. Beautifully cooked breakfast. The hosts, Dawn and Danny, were delightful and full of helpful information.

Really nice overnight stay, very welcoming staff. Shown straight to the room without any drawn out checkin. Room really nice a clean, bed and sheets were excellent. Bar is lovely and if the suns out it’s great with the outside bar and pizza oven with views across the fields. Breakfast was brilliant, big portions and cooked perfectly. Will def stay again when in the area

Ideal location for a family visit & made our dog feel very welcome! Everywhere was beautifully decorated & the staff were very welcoming! Breakfast was amazing & we would definitely stay there again !! Well done to the Sutherland xx

This Hotel does everything right. Firstly it's location is right next to Telford International Centre for conferences and exhibitions. Secondly it's a maximum 10 minutes walk to the South water development with a range of restaurants, Bella Italia etc, pubs, Hungry Horse, and entertainment Cineworld, Bowling Alley and more. It's well designed and easy to get to on foot( if the gate at the hotel is not closed you can cut across the Telford International Centre car park,making it even...

All round good experience. Could not find fault. Room was a single but have stayed in doubles half the size. Breakfast was excellent and owners were friendly.

The guest house was impeccable, with excellent communication and information regarding its location and local attractions provided even before our arrival. Truly exceptional service. Upon our arrival, everything was beautiful. The entire house was spotless and exceeded all expectations. We enjoyed a lovely country walk into Ironbridge, and convenient parking was available at the property. Our room was immaculate, offering tea and coffee, toiletries, fluffy towels and a selection of pillows...

Attended a service at the crematorium and had a long drive up. The location of the hotel was only a 10 min walk from the crem

The hotel is spotlessly clean, staff very friendly and give good advice of the area. It is a lovely walk into the town too. The food was exceptional everything of choice you could possibly wish for.

All very good. Unfortunately the fan couldn't cope with the high temperature, and a summer weight duvet would have been better. Would certainly go again

Spent two nights at the Fox Inn. We used it as a the base for a mini break encompassing visit to some of the local National Trust and English Heritage properties in the area. The Inn has recently been taken over by Sarah, Mick and family. They are a very friendly team committed to making our stay as comfortable as possible. We were looking for a reasonably priced comfortably B B base for our trip and the Fox certainly lived up to our expectations.

Great location for a place to stay in Shrewsbury. Abbey Foregte is close enough to the town centre for walking in, but quiet enough for staying. Parking was plentiful at the weekend. Room had everything you needed - plenty of tea & coffee, as well as corkscrew and wine glasses 😉. Would recommend staying here.
