"The whole experience, two nights, was excellent. The room was very large, well fitted and although we did not housekeeping refreshment were replenished, when requested. The food was of high standard and equally matched by the service. Only criticism was poor pressure in the sink hot water tap. It was an accessible room so understand the concern of the hot tap. "

"Parking on site was marred by the inconsiderate parking of the guests. As the parking seemed not to be monitored, people had parked over 2 spaces and in non marked spaces meaning that some of the limited spaces were unusable. Signage about parking correctly and fining those that do not comply might stop this and make them a lot of money."

"Lovely big clean room with ironing board, iron and hairdryer. Quiet and curtains blacked out light for good nights sleep in very comfy bed. Staff very welcoming and lift to our room on first floor."

"This one night stay was so that my wife and I could take our grandson to the hotel where he is staying for 5 nights as he’s on an apprenticeship training course near Telford. Pleasantly surprised with its location just off the M54 the property is modern and is in very good condition. I booked through Hotels.com and paid £81.00 including a very good breakfast for both of us. I understand there is a swimming pool and sauna and possibly a gym (not used) Staff were very polite and helpful and for the money paid you simply cannot complain and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a cheaper priced hotel. "

"Nice clean room, comfy bed and quiet room. The pub is next door, breakfast is cooked to order and there are some continental items. Breakfast was good and we also had a nice main meal the night before. Toiletries in the room are basic but do the job - hand soap and all in one wash. Plenty of free parking and there are some restaurants and shops close by. We only stayed one night but had no issues, during our stay. A very good low cost hotel. "

"Great location for the shops and restaurants, room clean and tidy, didn’t have very much interaction with staff apart from checking in, very pleasant lady and gave us information about the hotel, the only thing that lets the hotel down is the the common areas and stairways are very tired and some areas the carpet is very worn, but this wouldn’t stop us staying in the future "
