What concerned me most was the layout of the hotel with the public able to walk off the street and get into a lift and access any floor without being a guest at the hotel, Yes, there were key card slots that were intended to stop non-hotel customers from accessing the corridors, but that leaves the lifts and floor lift atriums open access. Having a kettle without having tea and coffee in the room is not becoming of a 3* hotel - It is consistent with cost cutting, but not a good feel for me."
