If I could improve one or two things: The phone in the room didn’t work very well when I tried to order dinner using room service. Also as a Marriott Hotel I don’t know why my membership number isn’t in your computer. At some places it is."

"Long walk inside terminal to hotel but the hotel is on the airport campus. It was a nice more modern hotel and that was welcome at the end of our long vacation. Good reliable place to stay especially if you need to catch a plane at LHR the next day."
