This is a unique and characteristic hotel with lots of history and amazing architecture. The scenery, gardens and the estate overall are simply gorgeous. The spa and the outdoor pool area is also very nice especially in good weather (it may be difficult to find a lounger when it is sunny though). The room I stayed in was nicely decorated with wood panellings and period furnitures; bed was very comfortable as well. Amazing such a lovely time. Mentioned it was a birthday, completely forgot I did and was welcomed to a wine to celebrate. Staff so lovely and kind. Place looked amazing and also free first drink at bar. Also went for food upstairs and was absolutely lovely.

ideal hotel for flight early morning

Lack of signage to the hotel at Terminal 3 arrivals hall resulted in a frustrating and annoying trek around terminal 3. One vital sign directing guests down the ramp and on towards terminal 2 is missing and so there is no indication where the hotel is.

The only place to stay if your flying out of T5

Large rooms, very clean, pristine condition. Friendly staff, very accommodating, allowed early check in. Fantastic experience.

We stayed here for two nights either side of my investiture at Windsor Castle. The location for Windsor Castle could not have been better. The Castle is pretty much across the road. The concierges were both exceptionally helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The reception, breakfast and cleaning staff all did a good job. The aircon in the hotel was very effective which was great when it was so hot outside. Plenty of parking, very convenient for access to attractions in the area, close to the river. Very enjoyable visit.

This hotel certainly lived up to the reputation of the Hilton brand. Perfect stay for our early morning flight, and will be choosing to stay again for future early departures / late arrivals.

Overnight stay as we were visiting Windsor Castle the next day. Great rooms although there is currently some renovation work going on - in fairness work finished quite early and didn't start again until gone 8am. Staff were attentive and food was good - would stay again.

Quiet room before traveling the next day was a must and the Renaissance didn’t let us down. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and tidy.
