"This hotel is the best typical branded hotel I have stayed at. Service was excellent; we had to add an extra night and staff helped us stay in the same room. The breakfast was worth the price and I did not feel like I overpaid; the quality of the food and the coffee is at restaurant-level, unlike many hotels I have been to. I slept deeply both nights, which is rare at least for me! Soundproofing is as good as advertised, you would have no idea you are next to a bustling airport. The value for money of this hotel is excellent, and if I'm ever in need of a room in London again, it will be the first place I look."
