"We stayed close to Heathrow for an early flight. Perfect for us family of four. Comes with secure parking which was a massive plus. Kitchen well equipped for a long stay. Everything was clean. Beds were not the comfiest. But was ok for a night. "

"A great place to stay for a concert at the Apollo. Dinner and drinks on the Thames and the venue all within walking distance and also walking distance to station. It was hot while we were staying and no air con(which is fine from an eco perspective). We were able to open the windows but this meant a very noisy night sleep. Otherwise everything that you needed for an overnight stay and the communication and checking in process was really straightforward."

"This experience was the most absolutely stressful and (still) remains unresolved. I was unaware that this accommodation was for a solo traveler. There was no communication about this until the day before arrival. There was no communication about this WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO CHECK IN. Instead I was told that I cannot check in and to come back after 4pm.
