Convenient for seeing family

The reception, breakfast and cleaning staff all did a good job. The aircon in the hotel was very effective which was great when it was so hot outside. Plenty of parking, very convenient for access to attractions in the area, close to the river. Very enjoyable visit.

This is a unique and characteristic hotel with lots of history and amazing architecture. The scenery, gardens and the estate overall are simply gorgeous. The spa and the outdoor pool area is also very nice especially in good weather (it may be difficult to find a lounger when it is sunny though). The room I stayed in was nicely decorated with wood panellings and period furnitures; bed was very comfortable as well. Our one night stay at the Compleat Angler was lovely. While the building and room could do with a bit of an update, the overall experience was lovely. The staff were friendly; the room was spacious with a very comfy bed; and the amenities were excellent.

We stayed here for two nights either side of my investiture at Windsor Castle. The location for Windsor Castle could not have been better. The Castle is pretty much across the road. The concierges were both exceptionally helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel.

So good we booked a 3rd night

Booked with Tesco vouchers. First time in Henley on Thames and so very pleased we chose the Hotel du Vin. Everything first class. Couldn’t fault it.

Stayed in the junior suite, very clean, extremely spacious. Very large and comfortable king size bed. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Had a one night stay the hotel was clean and tidy the staff very helpful, had a meal in restaurant which was lovely but I would have liked a couple more options.breakfasts was very good parking although only a couple of minutes walk was easy enough only problem I had it would not recognise my reg no so had to put in manually on leaving
