Service exceptional from the start , food was really good . Had a spa which looked very inviting but sadly no time to use it . Would visit again.

The facilities and food superseded the 3 star rating. The beef on the Sunday dinner was the best beef I’ve tasted. The jacuzzi in the morning looking over a beautiful sun rise has set me up for the week. My new favourite hotel in the area.

This was my second visit to Liverpool and the first time using a hotel, I was drawn in by the outside look of the hotel then when I saw the rooms and then how good the price was I was sold. When I got there it was clear the area was quite close to anything I'd need and less than 10 minutes from central station which was perfect. Upon entering the Beautifully decorated lobby I was given key cards by the lovely clerks at the front desk, key cards which you need to enter the hotel itself and use...

Late check-in was a breeze, staff couldn't be more helpful with last minute requests. Breakfast was great with a surprising range of options and very comfortable settings. Lift was an unexpected bonus!

Easy drive to City centre and best of South Liverpool (Lark Lane, Allerton Road etc) and short cab ride to the airport

on arrival i was greeted by a member of staff who explained everything to me including the car parking .this is free to guests but you must register as you could incur a parking penalty. the staff were some of the most helpful that i have encountered and they helped me locate both discounted and free trips within easy walk of the hostel. the hostel is a mere 5 minutes walk from the albert docks and less than 15 mins from the cavern club. a snack during the day was tasty and reasonably priced but...

An excellent hotel for visiting Liverpool with so much to see close by. My room was very comfortable and warm and kept very clean. Breakfast was delicious and served promptly. If I am back in Liverpool, I will stay there again.

Really nice stay. I use it all the time. Use the range when I stay. Discount for residents would be nice! Good business facility.
