I had a lovely 2-night stay at Cleveland Residences Russell Square. The self check-in process was easy and straightforward, and the apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a short stay. The location was excellent for exploring London, with convenient access to local attractions and public transport. Euston Station was approximately an 18-minute walk away. Overall, a great place to stay for a short visit to London, and I would happily recommend it to others.

Loved our stay here. Absolutely LOVED it. The welcome was second to none with a covid friendly 1 on 1 around the suite and a welcome pack that meant we could have a brew after our long journey. Friendly staff Late check out Decent fitness room Modern Walking distance to the Emirates Stadium - an excellent choice if you travelling to watch Arsenal games. Close to shops, restaurants and a couple of metros. Cleanliness can be improved with some with some crumbs on the carpet and a string of hair in the bathroom. I loved the Cheval, there are lots of great things to say about this apartment! This really is a beautiful haven in London only steps away from Gloucester road Tube station. I received a lovely warm welcome and was brought up to my room and shown how everything worked. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor, the apt itself is great size, has a fully functioning kitchen, comfortable sitting room, a guest bathroom as well as a bedroom with on-suite. So much better value than a hotel...
