"We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "

"This property is located in a very quiet neighborhood with a nice outdoor area along the river Thames. The house is very rustic as a Cottage should be. The beds are very comfortable, but at night we got a little hot. The property manager brought us some fans which helped a lot. Uber availability was very good and the average cost to go to Windsor Castle was about $16. We did not do a lot of cooking, but when we did, we sat outside . "There is no parking at the property. It’s pot luck on roads around the property!! I received a parking ticket during my stay having specifically booked because the listing said parking. The beds were really comfortable, but some of the cleanliness and condition of things was questionable. There’s also a really noisy neighbour who blares television through the wall until 12pm. Shame, it had so much potential."
