"We had a text a couple of days before and were able to ask a couple of questions. We were welcomed by Vernon on arrival and shown around the hotel. "The room was with a balcony overlooking the sea. The furnishings were antique/old , The bed was comfortable The bathroom needed a replacement bath panel as rotting , the old sink had several small chips. Our room cleaners were polite and provided a daily service. We only used the restaurant for an evening meal once , food was adequate, we felt the selection was poor. Breakfast had a good selection of both hot and cold choices, the restaurant staff were all very polite and helpful. The outdoor pool was "closed for refurbishment " shame as we were there in the heatwave. Good parking arrangements for blue badge holders with level access to hotel."
