Was the only ones staying, lovely hotel quiet and clean. Bed was very hard and shower cubicle very small but breakfast was 100% worth the money.
The room we stayed in was very nice, and clean, particularly liked the skylights to watch the stars whilst lying in bed! The ensuite was large with a good shower. Tea and coffee were available in the room with biscuits. The bed was very comfortable

Great location off m5 - very nice accommodation and excellent choice of breakfast
Very warm welcome. Room was small with only velux windows and as we stayed during a heatwave it was stifling. (Not the owners fault obviously) Bed was very comfy although would have liked some plumper pillows. Good shower . Breakfast in the cafe was excellent. Good produce, well cooked and nicely presented. Would definitely stay again but would go for a superior room.

Lovely old building, very cosy and clean. Breakfast excellent. Owners and staff very friendly.
It was a very brief stay as we attended a wedding just down the road. The staff were lovely and accommodating and the room was comfortable and perfect for what we needed.
The little cafe next door was lovely and the breakfast was excellent. We would definitely recommend a stay here or a day trip to try out the cafe!

Beds a little small, duvets a little small. Very helpful owners. Nowhere to eat if you don’t have a car on a Sunday night. Nice clean rooms.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Woodleigh Coach House. Lovely room, quiet surroundings and delicious breakfast in their cafe. The premises are within easy reach of main roads to nearby Exeter and the coast, as well as lovely local pubs including Traveller’s Rest and Kings Arms for evening meals.
I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.
Excellent place to stay. Quiet and very clean with a great breakfast. Ryan was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone for either a stop off en route further south or for an extended stay.
Cracking hotel with staff who can not do enough for you. The cafe is superb serving one of the best breakfasts i have eaten.
The location is ideal for anyone traveling through the area also.
Brilliant stay yet again. Staff are very friendly & can’t do enough. Breakfast was great & a good choice.
Good location for visiting other places.
Dog friendly which is another reason we stay.
Hope to be back again next year.
