Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

I stayed 3 night ( Sun-Wed ) In Warehouse K was nice and quite a bit cold one night but there was a electric radiator in the room so that solved the problem. Very friendly reception staff specially Olena who checked me in and checked me out , also stored my luggage after the check out as I needed a bit more time to see the Tower Bridge. The area is also perfect you have busses that i recommend rather then going underground , for the views , and 10 min walk to centre, I recommend you take it...

Very nicely designed lobby and rooms. Clean and has kitchenette with crockery which was welcomed. Only minor thing is emergency lighting’s green light is very strong and I wished I had brought my eye mask for sleeping. Otherwise all good.

Fantastic hotel in London's financial district. Quiet street with a few pubs and restaurants around it (can't say we ever heard noise coming from them) Handy for nipping out for a couple but not going far. Easy to get to via tube. Beautiful hotel. Very clean and opulent. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Glass of champagne on arrival which was delicious and special pastries and fruit to celebrate our anniversary. The only downside was the discretionary service charge which seemed rather steep on checking out.

Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

I wasn't sure about booking this hotel, as I'd never heard of it. However it was amazing. It is small but that actually adds to the experience. We usually prefer larger hotels but this was truly 5*. We were so pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was. The atmosphere is great, the rooms are lovely, and the staff were super nice, particularly Qasim on the check-in desk who instantly gave a great impression of the hotel and its staff.
