Great hotel

I would highly recommend Brooklands Hotel. Everything was excellent, the staff were very professional and the room was spacious, immaculate and provided everything you needed. Lovely food and best Pina Colada. Wonderful hotel!

Good location, poor wifi & phone signal.

Whilst the location is excellent overlooking the Mercedes race track. The hotel is seriously let down by the lack of mobile phone signal across all networks. Whilst this could be classed as uncontrollable by the hotel, what is controllable is the wifi service it provides. Firstly it is difficult to connect to as the login landing page is temperamental across all platforms, mobile and computers. Secondly the signal is very week, I stayed on the fourth floor on my first night and there was little to no wifi, I moved to the first floor for my second night which had wifi signal but only two bars. Overall my stay was good, however for a business focused hotel connectivity should be a priority in my opinion.

Beautiful hotel, great service

Pros: Rooms with huge bed and lovely walk in shower. Balcony rooms.
Cons: Stop a lot if the upselling emails.
Location: Location great for Brooklands and Mercedes world. Bus to Weybridge and Woking outside but does not run on a Sunday. Need to use to drive out
Loved this hotel. Rooms were very modern and comfortable. Breakfast was really good and building throughout was very attractive. Great car park with lots of spaces and handy for Brooklands museum and Mercedes world. We had a balcony room on the top floor and we couldn't help but watch all the cars on their driving experience going around the track in front of us. It was very interesting if you are into cars. Staff were very good throughout the hotel. Great time had by us.

Personnel and Restaurant disappointing

Pros: The hotel is spacious, clean and its location.
Cons: Restaurant service.
Maintenance knocking after you moved into the room. Maintenance should be done before guests are in rooms. Restaurant experience was bad. Service very slow despite only serving 3 other tables, and food quality much to be desired. Food rather tasteless and my wife had food poisoning after eating the salmon.

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that during your stay you were disturbed by maintenance/housekeeping, I am not sure what this was in connection with and if you are referring to our turn down service which is offered to all guests staying, the closing of curtains, refreshment of towels etc as we would not let rooms that had maintenance issues unless a guest reports during her stay. We have no reference to anyone having food poisoning and this is a very serious allegation and one that we follow up with the appropriate procedures. As you did not bring this to our attention at the time I am unable to comment further however be assured all of our checks are in place and we have had no further comments of this kind.

Good hotel close to museum

Pros: Clean, quiet and excellent breakfast
Cons: Some staff who speak English as a first language would be nice.
Location: Very close to Brooklands Aviation Museum and Mercedez Benz World.
We had a comfortable two night stay while visiting the Brooklands Museum. The hotel is ultra modern, clean and functional with pleasant staff. Had we stayed with a discount deal it would have been good value for money. As it was, at full price I think it is rather expensive for what it is although I guess a lot of visitors stay there to visit Mercedez Benz World and Brooklands Museum and for that it is very handy.

Get away

I went to Brooklands for a Mercedes Benz driving experience and what better way to finish the day than stay at Brooklands Hotel. My room was upgraded and I was allowed to check in early. I had a great time, thanks.

Truly 4 star

Great hotel and fantastic food - stayed for easy access to Mercedes Benz World in room overlooking Brooklands track. Everything was spot on except the temperature of the room which was too hot even though it was the beginning of April - no opening windows so unable to let air in and the air con only went down to 16 C. This isn't unusual in hotels, unfortunately but it does negate the benefits of quiet rooms and comfy beds
