Super Saturday

Pros: Modern design, well furnished.
Location: Great for MB World & Brooklands Museum.
We booked the hotel as we were attending an event at Mercedes Benz World that evening and it was a great decision. The room was fantastic and the facilities spot on.

Lovely hotel.

We had two nights here. The hotel was perfect. Staff polite, not stuffy. The room was spotless. And so quiet. Did not hear a single noise from outside. Even though there is a race track Accross the road. We ate in the restaurant on the second night. It met all our expectations. Breakfast was also very good. Definitely will go back.

Ultra-modern hotel very close to Brooklands Museum

Pros: Comfortable and quiet.
Cons: The prices in the restaurant were too high, though the food and service were good
Location: The hotel is very close to the museum, the Mercedes Experience track and Wisley Gardens.
I was visiting Wisley Gardens and the Brooklands Museum. The hotel was perfectly located for this. The design of the building, the lighting, decor and furniture are all as smart and tastefully modern as they could be. The restaurant is very expensive!

Very over priced for extremely poor service!

Worst service I have ever experienced, From Check in to check out staff were rude and un welcoming. Shame because the Hotel is really nice with great facilities.Ths towels supplied in our bathroom were dirty and covered in make up! The "King Bed" was two singles strapped together and very uncomfortable with a dip in the middle, Not exactly ideal for a romantic break! We tried the spa as access was included in our room rate but only until 12noon and if you want to check out late then it's £20 an Hour for your room and then you have to pay for a half day spa pass on top. The spa was very nice and the treatments good although it did take four staff to book an appointment.

Thank you for your feedback and I am disappointed with the comments made. Our team receive great feedback on their service and hospitality and I cannot believe that they were rude and unwelcoming. Our beds are zip and link which is common in many uk and overseas hotels and had the bed not been correct along with the towels then I hope that you contacted the team so that we could put this right straight away as this is certainly not our standard. Guests staying in the hotel can use the spa facilities complimentary between check in time of 3pm and check out at 12noon, should guests wish to stay longer in the bedroom it is £20 per hour or if you want to use the spa for the whole afternoon after check out you need to pay the spa half day rate. Again this is standard in all hotels.

Very good business hotel, only downside is once you arrive there are no possibility to walk to other bars/Resturant's. That said we used the Brasserie which was excellent.

Thank you for choosing Brooklands and we are pleased you also enjoyed dinner in 1907. Our location is very unique on the old Brooklands track and next to the new MBW track however restaurants and bars can be accessed easily by a short taxi ride.

Impressive hotel but beware of late night noise.

This is the third time we had stayed at the Brooklands Hotel and we have found the room size, cleanliness, & facilities to be very good. The beds are too soft for my taste, but otherwise the rooms are quite impressive and many have views over the Brooklands track where you can view things like others taking Mercedez-Benz driving experiences. The restaurant is very well designed and serves a very good buffet breakfast. We did have one issue with this recent stay and that was that we were kept awake by loud music until 1am. We phoned reception to discover that there was a wedding disco in the conference rooms immediately below our hotel. The DJ was asked to turn the music down however if this happened it made no difference. When we checked out we were asked about our stay and we said again about the noise and were given a special offer for a future stay at the hotel. If we do go back to the hotel we would ask them for a room away from the conference facilities. Unfortunately this turned our much needed restful weekend into a mildly stressful one. It was very unexpected as our previous two stays had been very good.
