Pros: Location.
Food choice in restaurant not good enough and generally too expensive. Wine cost ridiculous. It is a shame that these matters let the hotel down!

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that you were disappointed with our menu selection. We offer a good range of dishes to appeal to all tastes and all of our food is prepared from fresh. In regards to our costings for food and wine this is all in line with other properties of a similar standard in the area. I do hope that we can welcome you back again some time in the future.

Spacious room

Pros: Bathroom facilities, wonderful shower
Cons: Air conditioning slightly noisy at times
Location: Walking distance of the Brooklands museum
Hotel staff very attentive without being obtrusive

Good quality hotel and restaurant.

Pros: Quality of room and service.
Cons: It was perfect for our requirements.
Location: We were not there to look at the area, we just wanted to relax in peaceful surroundings and have a good meal.
Having been once before, we returned with memories of our last visit and were not disappointed.

Nice hotel with a beautiful view

Very warm and welcoming hotel. Stunning inside and out with very warm and welcoming staff members who were more than happy to help with everything and answer any questions we had. I lost count of how many times the staff smiled at us, in central London not a lot of people smile so it was very nice to see the difference. The room , lunch, dinner , breakfast, the spa. Everything was 5 out of 5 and top notch. I wish i could live there.

Lovely hotel, would definitely go back. Very modern hotel with great facilities and free parking. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Only cons are that there is no swimming pool,however, the outdoor hot tub is good enough. Also worth noting that there are seperate steam rooms and saunas for men and women.

Excellent hotel

Pros: Modern, really nice bar area. Rooms contemporary
Cons: Nothing
Location: We went to the Brooklands Concorde Experience. Having been spoilt all day there, it was refreshing to come to a hotel that continued that feeling.
Very welcoming with plenty of staff to help. Hotel was busy but didn't feel as though you weren't important. Bar was great and staff very attentive.

Incredibly disappointed that the hot tub was not working as this is the main reason I booked as it had been recommended. You phoned me the day before to confirm my booking but didn't tell me it wasn't working which is very wrong as we had no chance to rearrange?

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Unfortunately, we had an electrical fault with the hot tub, which caused an imbalance of chemicals which presented a health & safety risk. Our team worked to resolve the fault but were unable to do this over the weekend. When the Make Your Day Team called you prior to your arrival, the hot tub was working. We had no warning that it would break down over the weekend of your stay. I hope you we can welcome you back to Brooklands Hotel in the near future.
