"I came from the other side of the world, walked into the front desk, just spoke a few words and I got a welcoming, helpful, wonderful, nice and friendly staffs vibes. They set me in a newly remodeled room. Had great conversations with all staffs throughout my whole week of stayed. Recommend if you want to stay at a nice and friendly hotel in Birmingham. "

"Check in was nice and easy and room was ready super early too, which was fab, as we were drenched, so we were able to get cleaned up and dry. Room was lovely, although bathroom design not great. Couldn't close bathroom door whilst on toilet as no room LOL But a lovely stay and as always, breakfast was so tasty and high quality. "
