It is hard to think of any way our stay at the Noel Arms could have been improved. Parking is easy, the staff are friendly and helpful, and our room was delightful. It was clean, well-appointed, well-equipped and quiet. This hotel was exceptional. The best hotel I've stayed in. We spent 4 nights for our wedding anniversary and wanted to visit The Cotwalds. Absolutely stunning setting. So peaceful. Stayed for one night, tried for two but was fully booked. Apart from one mishap where the shower drain would not drain away and when it did it left gunge on the floor of the shower. However that would not deter us from staying again. Staff were excellent food was out of this world. Best night sleep l have ever had due to a bed that was 100%. Would recommend to anyone that wanted to stay in Moreton in Marsh.

The hotel is charming, elegant and comfortable in a wonderful setting. The restaurant service is excellent. A couple of small points. It would be an addition to one of the 3 lounges if a bar were installed to add further atmosphere particularly in the evening. I was not asked if I would like a news paper in the morning, which I subsequently learnt was included in the rate. The coffee in the morning breakfast was very weak. Would I return? definitely.

We stayed four nights. I was anxious prior to going to this hotel because of some negative reviews that I read. However, we did not experience any of the negative attributions that I read about. The staff were very welcoming and helpful despite being very busy. There were certain Covid 19 related changes but these did not affect our stay at this hotel. We understood these changes and appreciated the adjustment made. We had no trouble getting clean replacement towels and bedding and a hair dryer...
