"Very nice staff from reception to catering to cleaning and housekeeping all 1st class lovely building which will be difficult to maintain at 100% but app in all very happy all round"
"Second stay at this hotel and glad I returned. Lovely and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Room nice and comfortable. Breakfast good choice. Is a great location in the city.
Only issue was the scary carpark - really steep slope and corner to navigate. Not sure I would use again and just go with the NCP near hotel instead. "
