We enjoyed all aspects of hotel like cleanliness, breakfast and hospitality.

Great hotel. Short walk from Paddington. Near restaurants and shops. Room was very clean. Basic facilities but bathroom, kettle and TV were all that were needed so it was perfect. Will be staying again.

Amazing such a lovely time. Mentioned it was a birthday, completely forgot I did and was welcomed to a wine to celebrate. Staff so lovely and kind. Place looked amazing and also free first drink at bar. Also went for food upstairs and was absolutely lovely.

Great hotel in a handy location for the museums, Albert Hall and Imperial College. Quiet, clean with helpful staff. My room was clean and warm with a good shower. Coffee and tea were provided. Perfect for a stay in the city.

Clean modern and comfortable room. Cleaning staff presented high level of maintence insuring neatness and cleaness. Loved the selection of teas and even biscuits great to have after a long journey. Great facility's, Spa relaxation area lovely staff.The Resturant has a fantastic menu food was delicious. Waiter's were very plesent and new the menu and were able describe dishes very well. This is the 2nd time I stay at metropolitan by COMO. Very clean rooms , modern & chic. Everything in the room is controlled either from the phone or pressing a button which is so much fun and convenient. I'm also obsessed with the mini bar as it has variety of food and beverage not like other hotels. All staff from reception , concierge , room service etc are helpful and kind. I definitely recommend this hotel. of course I don't need to mention the great location for shopping and sightseeing.

Cosy apartment at a great location. The size of the apartment wasn’t bad for london, especially given the location. Situated within short walking distance of several attractions, as well as tube stations and many bus stops. The concierge is warm and super helpful. I would surely recommend this place anyone visiting London

Reception staff such as Katy were excellent - helpful, welcoming and professional. Room was clean, kitchen facilities were good and location is convenient. Friendly environment.

Really good hotel, food - evening meal and breakfast very good with excellent personal friendly service. Although in old town centre, the bar area has a real country inn type atmosphere.
