We stayed for 1 night - On arrival early morning the Reception Staff were very professional- friendly and allowed us to drop our luggage off before we could check in. Once we went back later on Check-in was so quick the staff had taken our luggage to our room which was very nice. Everything was top class from the welcome we received, the helpfulness of all the staff and the luxury and cleanliness of the rooms. So convenient to Shepherd's Bush tube station too. Very competitively priced. Will definitely stay here again when in London. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a fantastic 2 nights stay with our 5year old daughter. Facilities and staff were fantastic. We will definitely be back!

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and our room superb - very spacious, extremely bright, with a terrific bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with all of the food being extremely fresh. The hotel is right next to Notting Hill tube station and is surrounded by stunning houses, a number of great restaurants as well as Kensington Park.

This hotel certainly lived up to the reputation of the Hilton brand. Perfect stay for our early morning flight, and will be choosing to stay again for future early departures / late arrivals.

We stayed here for my boyfriend’s birthday - we received the best service from all the staff, the room was decorated for his birthday and it was such a nice surprise for him. A place we will certainly be staying again when we come to London!

The interiors are fantastic and staff were exceptional. Mini bar prices were questionable. £100 for half a bottle of red wine? And food and drink prices in the restaurant were very over priced in relation to what we ate. This is NOT the Chateau Marmont yet the Momad thinks it can demand the same prices. I had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff were fabulous and went the extra mile for guests. You can tell that it is under great management and they care about customer service. We loved the free happy hour of bubbles and wine - this was a lovely touch for guests. The hotel felt luxurious on all levels and surprisingly we did not hear any street noise or disturbance. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back.

Check in was 2.00pm, however, we arrived at 11.30am to drop our bags off and we're invited to check in to our room, which was amazing. The room was pristinely clean and modern and everything looked brand new. Service was excellent, staff extremely helpful and polite. Would definitely return. Perfect location in Covent Garden very convenient for shopping and shows. I had a beautiful room though slightly smaller than expected for a luxury room, the rooms booked on my previous stay were considerably more spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful, definitely a great place to stay.
